Welcome to Snows Floor Service. By using this website, requesting a quote, scheduling a walkthrough, or hiring our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Snows Floor Service provides commercial floor care services including, but not limited to:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Burnishing and buffing
- Scrubbing and recoating
- VCT floor maintenance
- Commercial floor cleaning
All services are subject to availability and inspection of the property.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes and estimates provided by Snows Floor Service are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Final pricing may change due to:
- Incorrect square footage
- Unexpected floor conditions
- Additional requested services
- Excessive buildup, damage, or repairs needed
- Restricted work access or scheduling requirements
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee scheduling or service availability.
3. Scheduling & Walkthroughs
Walkthrough appointments are provided to evaluate the project scope and determine pricing.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Ensuring access to the property
- Informing us of scheduling restrictions or hazards
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in rescheduling delays.
4. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice or service agreement.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit/debit cards
- ACH/bank transfer
- Check
- Cash
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
Recurring maintenance agreements must remain current to continue scheduled service.
5. Annual Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance plans may include recurring services such as:
- Monthly buffing
- Quarterly scrubbing
- Annual strip and wax services
Service frequency and pricing are customized per client agreement.
If a client cancels an active maintenance agreement before the contract term ends, Snows Floor Service reserves the right to:
- Recalculate discounted pricing
- Invoice for completed services at standard rates
- Terminate future scheduled services
6. Property Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to work areas
- Removing obstacles, furniture, or sensitive equipment when required
- Securing valuables before service begins
Snows Floor Service is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unprepared workspaces.
7. Liability
While Snows Floor Service takes reasonable precautions to protect client property, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing floor damage
- Improper floor installation
- Damage caused by defective flooring materials
- Wear caused by normal use after service completion
- Issues resulting from improper maintenance by the client after service
Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Website Use
All website content, including:
- Logos
- Images
- Branding
- Written content
is the property of Snows Floor Service and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
9. Privacy
